Visa
Visa is included when travelling adults are aged 40 and above and children on the same booking are rated the same way. If a parent/guardian is under 40, topup visa fees apply for both adults and kids on that booking.
Documents Needed for Visa
Passport should be valid for 6 months during time of travel
Bank statement might be needed but on rare occassions especially for over 40s
Birth Certificate might also be needed for the kids (advice will be given during the visa processing)
Meals:
Daily breakfast and one BBQ dinner are included. Other lunches and dinners are exclusive, so you can pick hotel dining, mall food courts, or safe, well-known street-food spots at your own pace and budget.

Free lounge access
Kenyan banks issue cards that offer worldwide airport lounge access for free, a quieter seat, Wi‑Fi and calm before boarding e.g. I&M Bank World Elite Debit card gives access to more than 1000 lounges, confirm with you bank if they have the card
What to carry
- Passports valid at least 6 months beyond return, plus printed/soft copies of visas once issued.
- Comfortable walking shoes for Dubai Mall, city tour stops, Burj Khalifa floors, and Museum of the Future.
- Light layers & a soft wrap: malls and coaches are cool; evenings on the dhow or desert can feel breezy.
- Modest outfit option for cultural stops and photos when needed.
- Sunglasses, lip balm, sunscreen and a hat. Portable Fan(optional)

FAQs about Dubai December Trip
Select the number of pax in the system and proceed to the checkout page. Pay securely using M-Pesa STK Push or a Visa card. For manual payment, use paybill 4189753, account number SHJ26#2547xxxxxxxx (replace with your number), with any amount, for the first payment only, to create a booking. This account number format is for the initial booking payment only, not for lipa mdogo mdogo payments. With both payment methods, manual and through the system, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with a booking code. Use this booking code as your account number for all subsequent lipa mdogo mdogo payments, without needing to log in to the system. Any payment made is updated automatically, and a receipt is sent to your email with confirmation on WhatsApp. In case you experience any challenges, please let us know.
This package uses Air Arabia. You will typically fly into Sharjah International Airport (SHJ), which is Air Arabia’s main hub next to Dubai. Exact flight numbers and timings are shared after flight booking
Sharjah Airport sits roughly 30–45 minutes from central Dubai by road (traffic depending). After landing and clearing immigration, group transfers, transport take you into Dubai for hotel check-in.
Dubai uses the UAE Dirham (AED). You can change Kenyan shillings or draw cash in several ways: (1) Kenya before travel — banks and licensed forex bureaus in Nairobi can sell AED or USD (USD is widely exchangeable in Dubai); (2) at Sharjah/Dubai airports — convenient but rates are often weaker and fees higher; (3) in Dubai city, malls and licensed exchange houses (e.g. around Deira, Bur Dubai, or major malls) usually offer better rates than the airport. Compare the board rate and ask about commission. ATMs are everywhere; notify your Kenyan bank of travel dates to avoid card blocks.
Dubai’s casual food scene is excellent and generally food-safe when you stick to busy spots.

Airport kiosks and city shops sell tourist SIMs (Etisalat, du). Many hotels and malls have free Wi‑Fi. If your phone supports e-sim you can purchase bundle from various online platforms
